BBNL established in 2005 and started its research and development unit in 2009 with a mission to improve the welfare of poor people through research and development for various parts of the country by increasing the production, productivity and nutritional quality of food, while preserving and enhancing the natural resource base. BBNL serves the state and country for improvement of Paddy, Maize, Wheat and Vegetable crops. BBNL research will provide greater benefit to farmers which will help in poverty alleviation through varietal improvement, technology development and quality seed production. BBNL meets the challenge through research and development and dissemination of information in partnership with national and regional agriculture research and development. The alliance will mobilize agricultural research to reduce poverty, foster human well being, and promote agricultural growth. Thus the generated goods will be available to all.
Our main goal is to provide best
varieties available through our government channels, cooperative
institution and through our on private dealers / distributer network
throughout the country to research the farmers / growers at reasonable
cost and support with highest quality standards. We are specialized in production of
notified / certified cereals, pulses, oil seeds, millet and vegetable
varieties also on research F1 hybrid and Paddy & vegetable seeds at our
own farm of 250 hectares in Uttrakhand, U.P. and Karnataka. We guarantee
the quality assurance and profitable growing season with BBNL excellent
& and high quality seeds.
